BioCreative IV: OntoChem has Fastest Text Annotation Service

OntoChem participated in the BioCreative IV 2013 challange – the task was to build a web-service that annotates text documents with chemistry, genes/proteins, diseases and action terms. As published, fromm all participating groups OntoChem’s web-service was the fastest, delivering back the annotated documents in high quality and in a time frame below 0.14 seconds:
