PriaXplore® is a novel technology platform developed by Priaxon AG for identifying small molecule modulators targeting protein-protein interactions (PPIs), which have traditionally been challenging in drug discovery.

The platform combines computational and synthetic methods, employing Multicomponent Reactions (MCRs) to generate a vast in silico library of compounds tailored for PPI relevance. Through advanced screening and docking protocols, PriaXplore® efficiently narrows down potential candidates, optimizing lab resources by focusing on compounds likely to succeed. Validated by the successful out-licensing of an Mdm2/p53 PPI inhibitor, PriaXplore® is now applied in various drug discovery projects.
